Great article and thank you for making it free! Also completely agree that we hate to see the pollution of the MAHA movement. The whole point was to NOT be another cover for corporate corruption (and cancer-causing chemicals).

Thank you for addressing this early screening push! I believe that’s why they are mandating the newborn heal prick testing from birth as well. Your genetic testing becomes your identity, for lifelong treatment. Would love more moms to know that they can opt out of it!

I'm using Claude AI to find out what the MAHA movement is focused on. The seed oils controversy could conceivably be laid to rest if endocannabinoid system research were to be brought into the picture. Here are two queries with brief responses.

Queri #1: Is there any discussion in the MAHA movement about endocannabinoid tone?

Response: Not much that I can find, and essentially none at the official level. The term shows up at the edges of the movement, in the seed-oil argument, rather than in anything from the MAHA Commission or HHS leadership.

Queri #2: Has the American Heart Association published any information about the impact of linoleic acid intake on endocannabinoid tone?

Response: Not that I can find. The AHA's statements on linoleic acid address inflammation and coronary outcomes, and none of the ones I located mention anandamide, 2-AG, or CB1 signaling.

Ask any search engine this question: What is the connection between the endocannabinoid system and the incretin system?

Claude AI response: The two systems meet in the gut and in the pancreatic islet, and in most of the evidence endocannabinoid signaling through CB1 works against incretin signaling. The details differ between rodents and humans.

Google AI response: The primary connection between the endocannabinoid system (ECS) and the incretin system is their joint, overlapping control over energy homeostasis, nutrient sensing, and glucose regulation in the gastrointestinal tract and pancreas.

Suggestion for the scientifically curious. Find out what is meant by endocannabinoid tone.

love your wife so much

I love your love story

I found you through the Voetberg’s top five Tuesday

Running on butter is a really cool name !!!!

It makes me happy

I am so thankful for the continued progress in our government

Things have changed like never before

And we are praying hard harder than ever

I wanted to be a dietitian 20 years ago, but did nursing instead

(But mostly wanted to be at home and I am with 12 children)

I am extremely interested in health and nutrition, especially

Thank you again for your work

Along my 20 year health journey, my friend who knows the most is on the same page as Bobby Kennedy

She is on the cunning edge!!!! of all the health people I know, she knows the most!! and she said Bobby Kennedy is in her corner.

I just want you to know that when it comes to change sometimes we have to lead people along gently

So even though things aren’t going the way they should be going we can still be very thankful because we are praying to God and he answers our prayers

Also, Bobby Kennedy is on our team even though he may do things that have to please people. In his heart he is about the truth, especially when it comes to health. Hallelujah. I can’t believe he is the one in charge.

God has done so many miracles, and we deserve none of them

And I can’t thank you enough for listening to me because I appreciate you so much and your wonderful family.

Also, I am so glad I waited for a day before sending this so it wasn’t an emotional response lol

WE LOVE YOU SO MUCH!!!!

Have fun cheering up your wife

Hey Vance! Love reading your posts! Your topics are always insightful and you always make me laugh with how you share them, just like when we were growing up! Real talk tho, you mentioned the BRCA 1 woman in this article and I feel it’s a little serendipitous in timing as, although not BRCA 1, I do have the BRCA 2 mutation and am currently waiting the results of my first suspicious biopsy (hoping it’s nothing but emotionally preparing for the outcome no matter what). I’m curious because you mentioned it, have you found any good literature or podcasts that are worth a listen you wouldn’t mind sharing on the topic or similar? Would love to know if so. Much love to one of my long time favorites! -Melanie B.
