We’re starting our homeschool school year this Monday, and my girls requested cereal for dinner. I bought Magic Spoon from Sprouts yesterday. Well, trash day will be getting those boxes, along with the receipt that I threw away so sadly I can’t return it. Lovebird is now in my cart and that’ll be our back to school dinner! This is great info! I’m a proud ROB supporter.
Thank you for this. I deal with MS symptoms off and on for years but didn’t realize this fully until 3 summers ago when my foot suddenly dropped uncontrollably as I walked. Stopped me cold in my tracks 👣 👣 . I’ve always dealt with food addictions (yes addictions), so I guess I was successfully targeted by those cereal companies—- my big addictions started with childhood cereals like Lucky Charms, Captain Crunch, Fruit Loops, Apple Jacks and later Honeynut Cheerios. My Mom loved “healthier“ Grape Nuts, Shredded Wheat and Wheaties with sliced banana. We were tv people and all the ads swayed us. Recently when craving my pastime I discovered a good option in Three Wishes, yet I’m questioning the true benefit to someone trying to recover ground due to my autoimmune battle. Thanks for sharing the interview and the cereal option. You are blessed to have been raised the way you were. I will try Lovebird.
Heyy I'm a runner and I subscribed a few weeks ago (I've been listening to Alex's podcast for months) and I was just wondering if you could give me a few bulletpoints or facts about butter and why it's good for me? I believe it's good but I want to know what the talking points are so I can explain to the ppl that have been brainwashed into thinking cow products are bad. Also I'm just struggling a lot with energy and migraines after cross country practice and now that I'm starting school, focus (I have ADHD and I try to act like I don't have it which helps but I still struggle). My coach said butter's good for me because my brain's made of fat so I was just wondering if you could expand on this a little?
Just took a Disney cruise up to Alaska last week and of course that meant there were a number of kids aboard, and it was entertaining to watch them at breakfast dispensing bowls of highly multicolored fruit loops for themselves and pouring on the milk. I smiled, remembering that even though I don't buy that stuff, my mom used to buy it for us all the time when we were kids growing up, haha. Somehow between that and the Wonder bread we survived.
Now we are organic, pasture-raised, whole foods kind of people.
But if last week was any indication, ROB apparently still has more people to reach :-)
I would like to be a loyal follower and point out an important typo… “make it taste good with synthetic flavors or sweeteners. At its core, real food should taste real good and be good for you.” I believe that should say “without synthetic…”
This was SUCH an neat read! I grew up learning all about it and when I lived in United States my mom used to buy us Lovebird all the time! It’s cool all the effort put in! I’m starting my own substack, honestly a ton of your posts are inspiration to me!!

Thank you so much for reading.
Lovebird is the best. All the flavors are a win, so you can’t go wrong with any of them.
Do I get a cut of your profits for introducing you to Lovebird?
